Tegoroczny 75-ty Festiwal Filmowy w Wenecji rozpoczął się premierą filmu „First Man” z Claire Foy i Ryanem Goslingiem.
Podczas festiwalu o Złotego Lwa walczyło 21 filmów. Faworytami do nagrody na festiwalu były filmy: „First Man”, „The Ballad of Buster Scruggs” braci Cohen, „Doubles Vies” z Juliette Binoche, „The Favourite” z Emmą Stone, „The Sisters Brothers” z Joaquinem Phoenixem, „Vox Lux” z Natalie Portman i Jude’em Law czy „Suspiria” z Dakotą Johnson i Tildą Swinton.

Jednak w rezultacie to Alfonso Cuarón i film „Roma” triumfuje na 75-tym festiwalu w Wenecji. Srebrny Lew dla „The Favourite” Yorgosa Lanthimosa. Nagrodzeni zostali także Willem Defoe za rolę van Gogha w „At Eternity’s Gate” i Olivia Colman za rolę królowej Anny w „The Favourite”. Jacques Audiard najlepszym reżyserem za film „Bracia Sisters”.

A ja zapraszam Was do obejrzenia stylizacji obecnych podczas festiwalu w Wenecji aktorek,  blogerek i influencerek. Na festiwalu filmowym w Wenecji nie zabrakło też polskich akcentów: Jessica Mercedes wystąpiła w oryginalnej sukience od Gosi Baczyńskiej, a Małgorzata Szumowska, zasiadająca w jury festiwalu, postawiła na czarny elegancki kombinezon. Pojawiła się też Anna Dereszowska w kreacji Violi Piekut.
