W przypadku braku apetytu warto uzupełniać dietę koktajlami witaminowymi. Arbuz jest latem bardzo popularny ze względu na orzeźwiający smak, dlatego często o tej porze roku przygotowuję koktajle z arbuza. Składniki: Pół średniej wielkości arbuza Pół szklanki borówek amerykańskich Kilka truskawek Sok z połówki limonki, skórka z limonki 200-250 ml Schweppsa Limon (lub szampana lub wody gazowanej – w zależności od upodobań) Listki świeżej mięty do dekoracji Arbuza kroimy na małe kawałki i usuwamy z niego pestki, kostki arbuzowe wkładamy do zamrażarki w naczyniu (będą zastępowały kostki lodu). Fridge watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, lemon, mint Zamrożone kostki arbuza wkładamy do malaksera, wsypujemy umyte borówki i pokrojone truskawki, całość zalewamy Schweppsem (lub innym), dodajemy sok z limonki i miksujemy na lejącą masę. Blendering Tak przygotowany koktajl wlewamy do szklanek ( zależności od wielkości powinno wystarczyć na 2-4 porcji), dekorujemy na wierzchu świeżymi listkami mięty i skórką z limonki.
